Rampant Lion Shield Plaque

I found this old award plaque thats  shield shaped so it made me think of something like a  medieval shield. So I picked my favorite symbol, the Rampant lion, and found some other shield designs, one of which looked vaguely familiar....  (my logo it looks like my logo.)
