Shipping policy

We ship via USPS unless otherwise requested.

In accordance with Argent Engraving's wish to minimize waste and encourage recycling, good quality reused cardboard boxes and shipping materials.

If requested we will get new product, at a small additional charge if possible.

Handling time is 1-3 days. Shipping is based on your choice of shipping options. 

Tracking information will be provided. 

Please let us know if there is a shipping issue or damage in shipping within 3 days of receipt.
