Garfield Halloween Candy Plaque

This special came out when I was 5 or so, and it was a yearly tradition most of my childhood, well past when most TV specials stopped being relevant, much like the more heartwarming but slower Christmas Special, along with the Peanuts special. At age 6 or so, we (my brother and I) VHS recorded it and watched it to the tape breaking, and it became a long running Meme in my family when talking about candy. While making things for KHRF, Mom reminded me of this, and I had to make it. ARR!
